Family-Based Immigration Attorney

As someone looking to immigrate to the United States, you have a few different paths to get an immigrant visa, one of which is family-based immigration. To be eligible for family-based immigration, you need to be sponsored by a relative at least 21 years of age who is either a United States citizen or a United States green card holder. You are more likely to be able to gain a visa if you have an immediate relative sponsoring you, such as a spouse, adult child, parent, or sibling.
